"Is City Just the Beginning" brings to light City Bank. When I here Citi a bank is the first thing that erupts in my head. The opinion of the article is a little vague based on the writer, but a quote published by the writer illustrates share holders busting-down executive million dollars pay packages. The author brings the argument; should CEO, and other high rank officials get lumps of money without or with positive returns of the companies in entirety? Since the author was not delivarate in his personal opinion I will say the fallowing. If I was a share holder and the company is failing substantially contiguously, kick and say goodbye to the CEO! No endorsements!
