Summary:
A 18 year old black boy was shot in his own house by a cop. The cop followed the boy home after he had made made a stop at a building where drug trading took place. The cop said he thought the teen had a gun on his waist which wasn't true, all the teen had was a small bag of weed which was found in the toilet of his own home where he was shot and killed.

There was a few cases on this article but the case of "Frank Jude" caught my attention. He was beaten after leaving a party by off duty Milwaukee police officers. Frank and friend were attacked because the officers claimed they stole a wallet that had contained a police badge. he was punched and kicked several times, and even stabed in the ear with a pen. Even the officers called to respond to the scene began to beat him. his friend was cut in the eye but was able to get free and run away . three officers were apprehended and the fourth one was acquit.
